In order to manage your Web Hosting Orders, you need to search for them from your Control Panel with Cambodia One-Click Communication, and access their Order Information view.

To List/Search and Manage Web Hosting Orders

1. Login to your Control Panel:

   For Resellers: 1

   For Customers: 2

2. Next, click

   For Resellers: Products -> Web Hosting -> List / Search.

   For Customers: Web Hosting -> List / Search.

3. Search for the domain name for which the Web Hosting Order has been purchased.

   Note

   • To list all Orders, leave all search parameters blank and select the Order Creation Date as All after selecting the Within radio button.

   • For Resellers: You may search for Orders belonging to your Sub-Resellers by selecting the Search Orders of Sub-Resellers check box.

4. In the next page, you would see a list of all domain names, with Web Hosting Order bought through Cambodia One-Click Communication. Click any of the domain names to reach its Order Information view, from where you can perform any modifications to the Order.
